The products ordered are delivered by Colissimo Suivi (delivery managed by the Post Office) for parcels destined for France and for Europe; the tracking number will be sent by e-mail. stamps and samples are delivered by regular mail without a tracking number.

For orders outside the EU, they are shipped by carrier; the tracking number will be sent by e-mail. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer on the order form, the buyer must ensure its accuracy.

Any package returned to designer Lise Mailman because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Lise Mailman cannot be held responsible for any incorrect address. The delivery conditions will be determined by the general conditions of sale of the Post;
